I really can't put into words how disappointed I was with this place. The location near Serangoon MRT is convenient—great for getting around—but everything else falls short. The building feels outdated, the lobby is dim and cramped, and the room itself had noticeable issues: the air conditioner was extremely noisy, making it impossible to sleep. The bathroom faucet dripped non-stop, and the bedding had visible stains. Cleanliness was a major concern, and the overall maintenance left much to be desired. For the price, you definitely get less than what you pay for. If you're just passing through and need a basic place to rest, there are far better options out there. This stay was truly underwhelming.
