The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive; they kindly informed me about ongoing second-floor renovations (which meant some noise), but since the hotel had just been fully upgraded, I totally understood. Even better, they upgraded me to a family room at no extra charge and extended my check-out time to 2 PM—when I arrived late, they even gave me an additional half-hour extension without hesitation. Plus, free parking is a huge bonus for drivers. This place offers excellent value, great comfort, and genuine hospitality.
