When the air conditioning isn’t working, the floor gets damp and slippery, almost like stepping into a sauna. The shower space is extremely tight—there’s barely room for toiletries beside the showerhead. Still, for the price and location, this hotel delivers solid value, especially if you prioritize beach access and convenience over spacious interiors. A great choice for a laid-back island getaway.

It's well located, close to everything you need, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Every visit feels like a homecoming. I can't recommend it enough—definitely my go-to choice for future trips to the island.

Overall, this resort delivers a fantastic experience. The staff are genuinely attentive and always go the extra mile—cleaning is done promptly upon request with no hassle. Evening live music adds to the relaxed vibe without being too loud or dragging on too long. It’s just right for unwinding. Breakfast is solid, served from 6:00 AM onwards—plenty of fresh fruits, veggies, eggs, pancakes, and even some unique macaroni dishes (same ones every day, but tasty). Coffee is good, and meats are consistently available, though they come with that distinct Filipino twist—sweetened or thinly sliced and lightly charred. One downside: the power outlets don’t match most plugs, but the front desk provides adapters if you ask—just leave a small deposit. Extending your stay costs more than expected, and the booking system feels a bit odd; it’s recommended to book breakfast included upfront. We were initially placed in a room facing the road, so we asked for a change. The next day, we were upgraded free of charge to a larger sea-view room—worth the wait! For an additional hour, it’s 350 PHP, plus one free hour. Right across the street is a Seven Eleven, and it’s about a 20-minute walk to the nearest beach station. Jollibee is a bit far, but the fish market is reachable within 20 minutes on foot. Towels for the beach are provided—huge plus! The rooms are cozy, and there’s a shopping complex nearby with great food options. Across the street is a nice little café. A minor note: the door frames have slight termite damage, with a bit of dust near the base, but it’s not noticeable during the stay. All in all, very comfortable and well-located—perfect for a laid-back island getaway.

Upon check-in, we were greeted with a sweet surprise: a basket of fresh fruits and little gifts that instantly set a warm, welcoming tone. The private beach is well-maintained and staff go above and beyond—the warm towel offered after a dip in the sea on a windy day was pure bliss. It’s rare to find such thoughtful service anywhere. Kids had a blast too—there’s a dedicated sandbox area with shovels and buckets, plus an indoor game room with table tennis, football, hockey, and even a gaming console with discs and joysticks. Evenings were fun and hassle-free for the whole family. Breakfast was decent but could use a little upgrade—adding a quality coffee machine would have taken this place from great to flawless.
