We stayed at Vienna Hotel (Nanjing Confucius Temple China Store) with our family of three, and it was a perfect choice. The family room was thoughtfully designed—spacious enough for us to move around comfortably without feeling cramped. The location is unbeatable: right across the street from the Great Bao Guo Temple, which offers stunning night views ideal for spontaneous photo ops. The staff were genuinely warm and attentive—when it rained during our stay, they kindly handed out umbrellas, which showed real care. Room cleanliness was excellent, with timely housekeeping and spotless surfaces. We loved being in the historic area near Old East Gate and Zhonghua Gate—everything was within walking distance. No need to rely on transport; we explored on foot easily. Overall, this hotel delivers comfort, convenience, and great value. I’d definitely book again if we return to Nanjing.

The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect—right next to the metro station and a bustling shopping district, making dining, shopping, and entertainment all within easy reach. It’s just a 15-minute walk or one metro stop away from Confucius Temple, and only about 3 km from Xunjiekou New Century Plaza—super convenient for exploring the city. The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially on the 21st when I checked in. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. With such great value for money and an unbeatable location, I’d definitely stay here again on my next trip to Nanjing. Highly recommend!
Vienna Hotel (Nanjing Longjiang Subway Station Branch)
Staying at Vienna Hotel (Nanjing Longjiang Subway Station Branch) was a really positive experience overall. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making check-in smooth and welcoming. The bedding was clean and well-maintained, and the bathroom features a smart dry-wet separation design—very practical and hygienic. I also appreciated having access to an on-site laundry room, which came in handy during my longer stay. Breakfast was a highlight—wide variety of options, fresh ingredients, and good quality across the board. That said, the property does show its age in some areas: the wallpaper has minor cracks, and certain facilities feel outdated. Parking is another challenge—there’s very limited space, mostly along the side of the bank next to the hotel entrance, which makes finding a spot tricky. Still, despite these small drawbacks, the location is excellent for travelers relying on the subway, and the value for money is strong. If you're looking for a convenient, reliable base in Nanjing with great service, this hotel is definitely worth considering.
