The room was excellent—spacious, clean, and well-appointed, making for a comfortable stay. One thing to note is the $49 nightly resort fee, which covers access to amenities like pools and fitness facilities. We didn’t end up using any of those services during our visit, so it felt a bit like extra cost for something we didn’t utilize. That said, the location is a big plus: it’s very close to Disney World, making it super convenient for guests planning to spend most of their time there. If you're more focused on Universal Studios, it's a bit farther out—worth considering when planning your itinerary. Overall, despite the resort fee, the hotel offers great value, especially for families or travelers prioritizing proximity to Disney. Staying at this resort was an absolute highlight of our Orlando trip. Whether you're here for theme parks or a relaxed getaway, this property delivers on comfort, convenience, and value. Courtyard Orlando Lake Buena Vista at Vista Centre

We paid for an early check-in on day one, but unfortunately were assigned to a room with a broken air conditioner. After a long day at Disney, we were so tired that even with the AC not working, we still slept soundly. We only reported the issue the next morning, and they handled it promptly. The room cleaning the following day was acceptable, though the surrounding area has more natural elements, which brought in a few small ants—nothing major. However, the real highlight was the pool. It's spacious, well-maintained, and incredibly relaxing—perfect for unwinding after a busy day at the parks. For the price and location, this is definitely one of the best pools I’ve experienced in Orlando. Highly recommend for families or anyone looking for comfort and convenience near Disney.

JW Marriott Orlando Bonnet Creek Resort & Spa

Staying at JW Marriott Orlando Bonnet Creek Resort & Spa was an absolute delight! The property is brand new with top-notch amenities and everything you could possibly need. The room was much larger than expected—spacious, elegant, and incredibly comfortable. High-end toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion were thoughtfully provided, along with complimentary bottled water in the room. The pool area is pristine, modern, and well-maintained. Staff went above and beyond by offering chilled water on demand and even a little sweet treat—small gestures that made a big difference. Everything about this resort feels luxurious yet welcoming. From the moment we arrived to the time we checked out, every detail was perfect. If you're looking for a premium Orlando getaway with excellent service and a relaxing atmosphere, this is definitely the place to stay.
