My experience was absolutely terrible and completely disappointing. I booked through the platform trusting it would secure a real, accessible hotel, but when I arrived at the location, there was nothing—no building, no sign, just an empty lot. I tried calling the hotel multiple times, but the number was unreachable. What shocked me even more was that the platform still showed availability for this non-existent property. It’s incredibly frustrating to book a stay based on trust, only to find out the hotel doesn’t actually exist. This lack of verification is unacceptable, especially for travelers relying on accurate information. I strongly urge the platform to improve its listing accuracy and ensure all listed properties are legitimate and operational before allowing bookings.
