It's hard to believe this place is considered a 3-star property. The service is extremely lacking, and the overall experience didn’t match any standard I’d expect from a mid-range hotel. I’m surprised the platform continues to promote it, as it clearly doesn’t deliver on its promises.

It’s incredibly frustrating to book a stay based on trust, only to find out the hotel doesn’t actually exist. This lack of verification is unacceptable, especially for travelers relying on accurate information. I strongly urge the platform to improve its listing accuracy and ensure all listed properties are legitimate and operational before allowing bookings.

My first stay at Loft 24 in Jaipur, located in the Mansarovar area, was absolutely fantastic! I stayed here with friends and had a very comfortable and relaxing experience. The hotel’s location is great—just a short distance from the Ajmer Highway, making it easy to get around by car or public transport. The breakfast was delicious and well-prepared, adding to the overall positive vibe.
