The bus stop is literally a 5-minute walk from the hotel — super convenient. We’ve seen some negative reviews online, but after experiencing it firsthand, we simply can’t understand them. This resort isn’t just great for relaxation; it’s also ideal for travelers interested in culture and history. On our last day, we had to check out by noon but didn’t fly until late evening. Instead of making us rush, he kindly allowed us to enjoy the beach and return later to freshen up and relax in the room until departure time—despite our booking having officially ended. I stayed in close contact with Tsampika throughout the process, and her support was outstanding—from the very beginning right up until the last minute. What truly stood out was that even though my booking was non-refundable, the hotel chose to issue a full refund purely based on customer care and goodwill. That kind of thoughtful gesture goes beyond expectations and shows real commitment to guest satisfaction. It’s rare to see such integrity and empathy in hospitality, especially in a situation like this. Even though I didn’t get to stay, it has left me with an incredibly positive impression.
