Staying at Hilton Anatole in Dallas was a fantastic experience overall. The location is unbeatable—just minutes from downtown and easy access to everything. The hotel’s amenities are top-notch, and having Jade Waters Park right on-site is such a wonderful bonus for guests who want a peaceful retreat. That said, the pool bar service was painfully slow during our visit, especially over Memorial Day weekend. With wristband prices increased from $25 to $55, it would’ve made sense to bring in extra staff to keep up with demand. Waiting 30+ minutes for a drink really took away from the relaxation we were hoping for. It’s a shame because everything else about the stay was excellent. A little more staffing during peak times could make this already great experience even better.

The only minor drawback was a faint smell of cooked food in the hallway on the 24th floor, though the rooms themselves were clean and odor-free. It’s worth noting that this didn’t affect the overall comfort or quality of the stay. With its central location, modern design, and thoughtful touches, this place delivers excellent value and would definitely be my go-to choice when visiting Dallas again.
