The rooms are clean, modern, and well-maintained—perfect for a restful night after a long day. What really stood out was the front desk staff: incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely warm. They made every interaction feel personal and stress-free. Located near public transit, it’s easy to get around town, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. If you’re looking for a reliable, comfortable, and affordable place to stay in Seattle, this one’s definitely worth considering. I’ll be back.

The beds are incredibly comfortable, making for a restful night’s sleep. The staff was welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. With its prime location, cozy atmosphere, and great attention to detail, this place feels like a hidden gem. If you're looking for a budget-friendly option with character and a warm vibe, this is a must-try.

Located just a short walk from the metro station, it’s super convenient for getting around Seattle. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, which made the stay even more relaxing. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in maintaining a peaceful atmosphere. It’s an excellent choice for both business travelers and tourists looking for a comfortable, hassle-free experience. Would definitely recommend and return.
College Inn Hotel
I chose to stay near the University of Washington because I’d heard the downtown area isn’t the safest, and honestly, this was one of my best decisions. The College Inn Hotel feels just like a college dorm from an American TV show—clean, cozy, and full of charm. The European-style decor adds a nice touch, and it’s super convenient for exploring campus and nearby spots. The only thing to note is that our luggage was quite bulky, and without an elevator, carrying it up the stairs was a bit of a challenge—definitely need some stamina! But overall, the experience was fantastic. Great value, excellent location, and a really welcoming vibe. I’d definitely book here again.

This has been the best motel we've stayed at in years, especially for the price in Seattle. The room was spotless, with reliable air conditioning, fresh linens and towels that smelled wonderful, and a hot shower with strong water pressure—perfect after a long day of exploring. The kitchenette had all the essentials: microwave, coffee maker, and a spacious fridge with a separate freezer compartment—ideal for our needs. The property is gated with a code entry, which made us feel safe during our stay. While the bathroom still carries a faint musty odor from recent renovations and there’s a minor water leak issue, these are small drawbacks compared to the overall cleanliness and comfort. We truly appreciate the effort put into maintaining a clean, cozy space. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Seattle!

The owner upgraded me to a spacious suite with clean bedding and a spotless bathroom—very impressive for the price. Staff at the front desk were warm and welcoming, adding to the great experience. Best of all? Free parking right at the entrance, perfect for travelers driving their own car. I’d definitely recommend this place if you're exploring Seattle on your own wheels.
