We booked a family connecting room for three, and it was an excellent choice. The setup actually includes two separate rooms—a king bedroom and a twin bedroom—connected by a door, giving us the privacy we needed while still being able to move freely between spaces. With three beds and a combined area of about 80 square meters, the space felt generous and very comfortable. The hotel has clearly been recently renovated—everything is brand new, from the furnishings to the bathroom fixtures, and the overall ambiance feels luxurious and modern. It’s located just steps away from the subway, making it super convenient for exploring Berlin. Great value, great location, and perfect for families or groups looking for comfort and convenience.

I walked from the hotel to the nearby bus stop with my luggage—about a 15-minute stroll—and found it very convenient. What stood out most was the professional and courteous service from the staff; they were attentive without being intrusive, always ready to help with any request. It’s clear that guest comfort is a priority here. This level of service, combined with the excellent location and high-quality amenities, makes this hotel an outstanding choice for both business and leisure travelers. I’d definitely stay again.

This historic Berlin hotel has a classic charm with a slightly vintage feel—exactly the kind of old-school elegance you’d expect from a long-standing local favorite. The room was surprisingly spacious, comfortably fitting two guests with plenty of room to move around. Even the bathroom felt generous in size, though the sink counter was a bit high—probably designed for taller Europeans. Free bottled water wasn’t handed out automatically; instead, you had to hang a sign outside your door to request housekeeping. We stayed four nights and only received two bottles after two cleanings, so it’s important to know that you need to signal your request. On the upside, the hotel offers on-site parking at 30€ per day—convenient, though pricey. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and English communication flowed smoothly. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable: right next to a Chinese supermarket, several authentic Chinese and Italian restaurants, plus a variety of local eateries and shopping centers. There’s even a 24-hour McDonald’s nearby, and the Christmas market is just steps away. Walking to the TV Tower takes about 9.5 km—perfect for a relaxed stroll along the way, passing by the Museum Island and other landmarks. Driving there is faster, but finding parking near major attractions can be a real challenge. Overall, despite minor quirks, this stay was highly satisfying. Great value, excellent service, and a prime location make this hotel a top pick for anyone visiting Berlin.

Staying at HYPERION Hotel Berlin felt like finding a hidden gem in a quiet, well-maintained residential neighborhood. The location is peaceful yet incredibly convenient—just a 1-minute walk from a bustling shopping center with two large supermarkets, so grocery runs are effortless. Several U-Bahn stations are within a 5- to 7-minute stroll, making it easy to explore the city or head downtown. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, and within a 15-minute walk, you’ll find some real standout dining spots—plus, just two subway stops away is Xiao Long Kan, perfect for a quick bite. My tower suite offered incredible value for money, complete with a fully stocked minibar that allowed free drinks, plus access to the executive lounge for evening drinks with panoramic views (though it closes at 10 PM). What really stood out was the exceptional service: I accidentally left the 'Do Not Disturb' light on, and when I returned around 5:30 PM, I noticed no housekeeping or minibar refreshment had been done. I mentioned it to reception, and they immediately arranged a follow-up—even though cleaning staff had already finished their shift. That kind of dedication and willingness to go the extra mile truly made my stay memorable.
