The front desk is on the second floor, where staff were warm and welcoming. They offered hot towels, afternoon tea snacks, and freshly brewed coffee—such a thoughtful gesture. They also took time to explain all the room amenities in detail, showing genuine care. Everything about this stay felt personalized and well-organized. One small note: I accidentally left a pair of snow boots in the room, and unfortunately, no reminder was sent upon check-out. It would be great if the hotel could implement a more proactive lost items notification system. That said, this minor oversight didn’t take away from the excellent stay. For convenience, location, comfort, and service quality, this hotel offers outstanding value. I’d definitely recommend it and will consider staying here again on my next visit to Harbin.
