While there aren’t as many seagulls as at Xinghai Square, the trade-off is fewer crowds and a much more relaxed atmosphere. The only small improvement would be adding a shelf in the bathroom—otherwise, shampoo had to sit on the floor while showering. Also, the hot water comes from a water heater, so if you're showering alone, you need to wait for the next cycle before getting hot water again. That said, this is a minor issue. Overall, the apartment offers fantastic value for money, with a comfortable stay and easy access to everything. Highly recommend for travelers visiting Dalian.

The linens were crisp and freshly changed—visible creases told me they weren’t reused. Walls felt solid when tapped, and while I could faintly hear muffled voices from the next room, it wasn’t disruptive.
