The housekeeping staff in room 1811 stood out too—she greeted me every time I left the room, kept everything spotless, and even offered genuine recommendations on fun spots around Dalian. After breakfast, walking back into a perfectly tidy room felt like a small daily treat. The breakfast spread was fantastic—huge variety, with both Western and local options covered. The view from the room was stunning, overlooking the bustling city lights and catching glimpses of the sea in the distance. Plus, the hotel’s location is unbeatable—right next to a high-end shopping mall and super accessible for public transit. I especially want to commend the front desk staff, Xu Qingsong from the pool and sauna area, and swimming instructor Bao Xin—their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail truly stood out. They went above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience. From the ambiance to the service, every aspect felt premium. Without hesitation, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dalian.
