We originally planned to stay in and play games due to the heat, but the weather was actually perfect for outdoor exploring—cool breeze, not too hot, ideal for summer travel. What truly stood out was the hostess: kind-hearted, beautiful, and genuinely thoughtful. She treated us like family, offering help and recommendations without being pushy. Plus, there's a convenience store and small food stalls right downstairs—perfect for grabbing snacks or drinks when hunger strikes. Everything’s super convenient, and the value-for-money is unbeatable. I’ll definitely be back here on my next trip to Dalian.

Two elevators mean no waiting, and each room has its own fast, reliable Wi-Fi—perfect for gaming without lag. Bathroom amenities were thoughtfully provided, including a cute kid-sized toothbrush, and the room came with a lovely set of teaware and fragrant tea leaves that I really enjoyed. Noise insulation was excellent—total peace and quiet at night, which made for a restful sleep. I especially loved the snow crab served on the third floor—it was rich, juicy, and absolutely worth every bite. But what really made this stay unforgettable was the service. Every single staff member—from security to housekeeping to restaurant attendants—was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Our personal concierge even gave us local tips on hidden gems, great restaurants, and must-visit spots. After staying at many higher-end hotels, I can honestly say this one delivered the most heartfelt hospitality. It’s not just about comfort or convenience—it’s about feeling cared for.
