Staying at New World Dalian Hotel was an absolute delight from start to finish. All the bathroom amenities were from Marlin Doggo, which added a nice touch with their fresh scent and high-quality feel. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly—especially one blonde girl with a side-swept fringe who had such a cheerful attitude, and another with dark hair and big eyes who was just as warm and helpful. The housekeeping staff in room 1811 stood out too—she greeted me every time I left the room, kept everything spotless, and even offered genuine recommendations on fun spots around Dalian. After breakfast, walking back into a perfectly tidy room felt like a small daily treat. The breakfast spread was fantastic—huge variety, with both Western and local options covered. The view from the room was stunning, overlooking the bustling city lights and catching glimpses of the sea in the distance. Plus, the hotel’s location is unbeatable—right next to a high-end shopping mall and super accessible for public transit. If I ever come back to Dalian, this will be my first choice without hesitation. A truly memorable stay.

From themed toiletries to small toys, every touch showed genuine thoughtfulness. Our kids were entertained for hours, thanks to the excellent in-house play areas—perfect for burning off energy without any stress. As adults, we also appreciated the beautifully maintained indoor pool with clear, warm water—ideal for relaxing after a long day. The service truly stood out too: special thanks to Yina for her warm, attentive hospitality, always ready to help; and the housekeeping staff who kept the room spotless and welcoming. The location is fantastic—close to the waterfront but still convenient for city exploration. With top-tier amenities, thoughtful family services, and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere, this hotel lives up to its five-star reputation. We’ll definitely be returning when we come back to Dalian with the kids.

The staff went above and beyond: when my friend got scratched by a cat, they immediately provided iodine swabs, band-aids, and alcohol wipes—so thoughtful! Housekeeping came by every day without fail, keeping everything tidy and fresh. Location-wise, it's just 30 meters from Gangwan Square exit D—super convenient. Right downstairs are restaurants like Zhenghuangqi BBQ, a new foot spa, and plenty of other dining options nearby. A short walk takes you to McDonald’s and the beautiful waterfront area. Dalian itself is such a lovely city, and staying here made exploring effortless. Great value, excellent service, and a really comfortable stay overall—I’ll definitely be back.

I’ve been wanting to visit this place ever since I first saw the famous dog, Lady Fimia, on social media—finally got the chance and was absolutely blown away! The moment I walked in, I could tell this wasn’t just a cute photo op—it’s a truly unique, vintage-style retreat with thoughtful details everywhere. Every corner feels intentional, from the decor to the little touches that make it feel personal and special. But honestly, the cleanliness stood out the most—spotless, down to the last detail. Even the bathroom felt like it had just been cleaned for a new guest. High-quality toiletries, a separate hand-wash detergent, and a giant brand-new roll of tissues—small things, but they show how much care goes into the experience. It’s located right next to the Fisherman’s Wharf, super convenient for parking, and close to all the local attractions. Despite being around for years, everything still looks fresh and well-maintained. My room included breakfast and afternoon tea—both were delicious. The dumplings were flavorful, and the tiramisu was rich and perfect. The host was incredibly kind and even upgraded me to a sea-view room with a private outdoor balcony. Waking up to ocean views and sipping tea while watching the sunset? Unforgettable. I’ll definitely be back—this is more than a stay, it’s a memory in the making.

The front door opens to an incredible café that’s worth visiting just for the vibe alone—definitely wish I’d stayed longer! Our room had such distinctive charm and thoughtful design, making it stand out from any other place I’ve stayed. We were a family of four, and the front desk staff went above and beyond—they proactively upgraded us to a spacious family room without hesitation, which made our trip so much more comfortable. Right downstairs is a lively street full of local snacks, a short walk to the boat dock, and everything you need for a perfect day out. Plus, having our own private parking was a game-changer—especially since we rented a car. No stress finding a spot, no hassle. Everything was thoughtfully arranged. If you're visiting Dalian and want an authentic, well-located, and truly special stay, this place should be at the top of your list.
Banbu Zizhu Hotel (Laohutan Ocean Park)
The hotel is fantastic overall—super convenient with the metro station just a few hundred meters away, making access effortless. It's only a short distance from Fuzhijiang, just a 10-minute taxi ride, and walking there for sunrise takes less than an hour. I stayed in a business standard room, which was compact but perfectly suitable for solo travelers. The only minor drawback was the bathroom’s lack of full separation between wet and dry areas; water occasionally splashed onto the toilet side during showers. However, this didn’t take away from the excellent experience. The room temperature and amenities were spot-on, and the in-house food delivery service stood out—robot deliveries to your door were smooth and efficient. There were slight hiccups on two occasions when the robot seemed to lose its way, but both orders arrived successfully in the end. Staff were helpful and responsive. Great value, very welcoming, and definitely worth staying at again.
