We ended up visiting multiple times, especially since it’s much more comfortable than wandering around Yiyi Square during the sweltering heat. At Yangfan Night Market, we found incredible value: 9 pieces of stinky tofu for just $1.30 (about 10 RMB), compared to only 5 at other areas. Even the small stalls selling toys had great deals—three little building blocks for just $2.70! It really reminded me why I love physical shopping: quality clothes at reasonable prices, and an energetic, vibrant atmosphere.
