The Westin Shenzhen Nanshan

Staying at The Westin Shenzhen Nanshan was an absolutely outstanding experience. The location is unbeatable—just across the street from Window of the World, and directly connected to a large shopping mall, so you can stroll through stores without stepping outside. Right downstairs is a metro station, making travel around the city super convenient. The service truly stood out—especially Ella Pang and Gina Gun at the Executive Lounge. When I needed to print a document, they went above and beyond with warmth and efficiency. Their attention to detail and friendly attitude made all the difference. This hotel offers incredible value and comfort—definitely a place I’d return to.

The hotel’s location is unbeatable: right next to K11 Ocean World, where you can enjoy shopping, art installations, and stunning waterfront views. It’s perfect for a relaxing stroll or catching that golden hour shot — seriously Instagram-worthy. The room was spacious, clean, and incredibly cozy, with a great bed that ensured a restful night. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, every detail felt thoughtfully curated. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Shenzhen.

Staying at Raffles Shenzhen was an absolute highlight of my trip to Shenzhen. The room was spacious with a stunning 270-degree floor-to-ceiling window offering breathtaking views of the Shenzhen Bay skyline—perfect for watching the sunset or enjoying the city lights at night. It’s also incredibly convenient for dining, shopping, and exploring nearby attractions. The breakfast buffet was exceptional—wide variety and delicious quality. I especially loved the truffle-infused poached egg; it was rich, creamy, and unforgettable. There were plenty of other egg preparations too, all well-executed. On top of that, the service from Sylvia stood out—she was attentive, friendly, and responded to every request promptly. From the view to the food to the staff, everything felt premium and thoughtfully curated. If you're visiting Shenzhen Bay, this hotel is absolutely worth considering—it truly delivers on both scenery and hospitality.

Andaz Shenzhen Bay

Florence, one of the staff members, went above and beyond with her thoughtful and attentive service—she anticipated needs before they were even voiced. The minibar in the room was well-stocked with a great variety of soft drinks, and the afternoon happy hour offered delicious bites with beautifully presented plating that added to the overall vibe. After returning from dinner, I was pleasantly surprised by a complimentary bedtime drink thoughtfully left by Florence—such a small gesture, but it truly made the stay special. Her kindness and professionalism stood out throughout my visit. This is not just a place to stay; it’s an experience worth repeating.
