The front desk staff were incredibly warm and efficient—check-in was quick and seamless, and the lobby ambiance was elegant with a comfortable layout and soothing background music that added to the relaxed vibe. Our service representative, Xiao Zhu, went above and beyond by upgrading our room without extra charge and gave us detailed tips on hotel amenities and local attractions. Thanks to WeChat, we easily sorted out travel plans and recommendations during our stay—truly personalized service. The room itself was immaculately clean, with plush bedding and pillows that made for one of the best nights’ sleep I’ve had in a long time. Soundproofing was excellent—no noise disturbances at all during the night. The bathroom featured a smart dry-wet separation design, and the heating system kept the room cozy and warm throughout. Everything you’d need is available onsite: a lovely in-house restaurant, a stylish bar, a fully equipped fitness center, and a convenient self-service laundry area. Best of all? The location can’t be beat. Just a 10-minute walk to the Bund, Peace Hotel, and Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street—perfect for exploring Shanghai’s heart.
