Staying at Villa du Roc Fleuri was an absolute delight—far beyond what I expected. Fanny made our trip unforgettable with her warm hospitality; she helped us carry luggage, prepared a delicious breakfast, and even let us spend time with her adorable dogs. Kelly and her mom were such sweet company on a rainy day in Cannes—without them, we’d have had no idea how to pass the time! The room was cozy yet perfectly designed, with two large terrace doors that flooded the space with natural light and fresh air. It felt dry, bright, and incredibly inviting. The bed was comfortable, and the floor covered in soft matting made every step feel like walking on clouds. Breakfast was always available—coffee and fresh bread ready whenever we wanted. Unfortunately, it rained all day, so we couldn’t enjoy the outdoor terrace with tea and views of the hills—but now I’m even more curious about how beautiful it must be on a sunny day. Who knew Cannes had such a peaceful, scenic countryside hidden just minutes away? This stay created some of my most cherished travel memories. I’ll definitely come back.

The subtle fragrance throughout the property, combined with spotless rooms and common areas, earns top marks. A charming garden setting invites you to enjoy breakfast, a quiet tea, or a delightful aperitif—so inviting, you’ll hardly feel like leaving for a café in Cannes. Located in a peaceful residential area, it’s just a pleasant 20-minute walk to the heart of town. For now, this is my go-to hotel in Cannes.

Absolutely loved our stay at this stunning apartment with breathtaking sea views! Located just a 100-meter walk from the beach, every morning started with the sound of waves and sunshine streaming through the windows. The apartment itself is beautifully designed, recently renovated, and impeccably clean—every detail feels thoughtfully curated. While the bedroom is modest in size, it’s more than enough for a good night’s sleep, and the living room has a comfortable fold-out sofa that works perfectly for guests. Two lovely pools add to the relaxing vibe, and being so close to the water makes it feel like your own private retreat. The owner was incredibly responsive and welcoming—always ready to help. This place offers an unbeatable combination of style, comfort, and location. We’ll definitely be back!

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—they were friendly, attentive, and always smiling. Even though it's a boutique hotel, the service feels personal and genuine. It’s rare to find such a well-balanced mix of comfort, charm, and value. I’d definitely book again and highly recommend this gem in Cannes.

The private pool and outdoor space were a real highlight—perfect for relaxing with a book or enjoying a morning coffee. The unit itself was immaculate, thoughtfully designed, and had everything we needed; no detail was overlooked. The host and housekeeping staff were consistently warm and helpful whenever we met them—genuine hospitality that made a big difference. The shared pool area is fantastic, complete with sun loungers and umbrellas, ideal for soaking up the Mediterranean sunshine. Just a 5-minute walk to a local grocery store, and parking was conveniently located right by the building. Only a 10-minute stroll to the beach—so close to the sea without the hassle of long walks. Overall, this was an exceptional stay, and we’ll definitely be returning. Truly a gem in Cannes.

Our stay at Cannes Sun Appart'hôtel was absolutely delightful. Located just a 10-minute walk from the beach and only 5 minutes from Cannes Train Station, it’s perfectly positioned for both relaxation and easy city access. Despite being in the heart of town, the residence is quiet and the neighborhood feels warm and welcoming. The check-in experience was charming—using a code to access the unit was a huge plus, especially for late arrivals, and no worries about lost keys. Free street parking is available and fairly accessible depending on the time of day, which made getting around hassle-free. The kitchen is well-equipped, the bedding is comfortable, and the bathroom is spotless and spacious—perfect for taller guests. We’ll definitely be returning for our next trip to Cannes, especially during the Film Festival. Highly recommend this gem!
