The location is perfect—right by the sea and close to downtown, making it easy to explore Cannes and reach the film festival venues. The only downside is the parking fee at 40€, which is quite high, but considering the prime spot, it’s somewhat justified. Overall, this is a solid choice for travelers who value convenience and responsive service. Great value for the location.

However, this didn’t significantly affect the overall stay. With its unbeatable location, comfort, and great value, I’d definitely recommend this property and would return without hesitation.

One minor drawback is that the kitchen lacks essential cookware—no pots or pans—which means it’s not ideal for cooking meals. However, the neighborhood more than makes up for this with an amazing variety of restaurants, cozy bistros, the bustling Forville Market, and several small grocery stores nearby. You’ll never go hungry! Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay—great location, lovely ambiance, and excellent value. I’d definitely book again.
