Staying at Villa du Roc Fleuri was an absolute delight—far beyond what I expected. Fanny made our trip unforgettable with her warm hospitality; she helped us carry luggage, prepared a delicious breakfast, and even let us spend time with her adorable dogs. Kelly and her mom were such sweet company on a rainy day in Cannes—without them, we’d have had no idea how to pass the time! The room was cozy yet perfectly designed, with two large terrace doors that flooded the space with natural light and fresh air. It felt dry, bright, and incredibly inviting. The bed was comfortable, and the floor covered in soft matting made every step feel like walking on clouds. Breakfast was always available—coffee and fresh bread ready whenever we wanted. Unfortunately, it rained all day, so we couldn’t enjoy the outdoor terrace with tea and views of the hills—but now I’m even more curious about how beautiful it must be on a sunny day. Who knew Cannes had such a peaceful, scenic countryside hidden just minutes away? This stay created some of my most cherished travel memories. I’ll definitely come back.

Despite being underground, the space felt bright and intimate. The location is fantastic: just a short walk to the beach and downtown Cannes, making it super convenient for exploring. Excellent value for money and a delightful stay overall—definitely coming back!

The apartment is perfectly located just steps from the town hall and the old harbor, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Cannes on foot. The interior is modern and well-maintained, giving a fresh and inviting feel throughout. Our stay was truly enjoyable thanks to the clean, stylish space. One minor drawback is that the kitchen lacks essential cookware—no pots or pans—which means it’s not ideal for cooking meals. However, the neighborhood more than makes up for this with an amazing variety of restaurants, cozy bistros, the bustling Forville Market, and several small grocery stores nearby. You’ll never go hungry! Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay—great location, lovely ambiance, and excellent value. I’d definitely book again.

The location is quite convenient, just a short walk from the city center and close to the beach—great for exploring on foot. The hotel itself is housed in a historic building with character, giving it a charming old-world vibe. However, there’s no elevator, and the spiral staircase is narrow and steep, which made carrying luggage a bit of a challenge. I stayed in a studio-style apartment that had been recently renovated—it was clean, well-maintained, and surprisingly cozy despite its compact size. The air conditioning didn’t work properly during winter, but they provided a catalytic heater as a backup, which helped a little. One thing that stood out negatively was the bedside lamp shade, which looked visibly dirty and hadn’t been cleaned in a while. It was a small but noticeable issue. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you’re looking for an affordable, central stay without luxury extras. Good value for the price, especially for travelers who prioritize location over comfort features.

The cleanliness was unacceptable—greasy sheets and towels made the space feel unhygienic. The property didn't meet even basic standards for accommodation. Despite having already paid, we had to move to another place just to spend the night. This experience was far below expectations, and I cannot recommend it under any circumstances.

L'Esperance
I stayed here for an extended period and was charged a security deposit of 1400 euros, which the hotel promised would be refunded upon checkout. However, when I left, not a single cent was returned. To make matters worse, they blocked all communication, leaving me unable to reach out or resolve the issue. It felt like a total rip-off, and the lack of transparency and follow-through made the experience extremely frustrating. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a trustworthy stay.
