The only downside is the parking fee at 40€, which is quite high, but considering the prime spot, it’s somewhat justified. The apartment is perfectly located just steps from the town hall and the old harbor, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Cannes on foot. The interior is modern and well-maintained, giving a fresh and inviting feel throughout. Our stay was truly enjoyable thanks to the clean, stylish space. One minor drawback is that the kitchen lacks essential cookware—no pots or pans—which means it’s not ideal for cooking meals. However, the neighborhood more than makes up for this with an amazing variety of restaurants, cozy bistros, the bustling Forville Market, and several small grocery stores nearby. The air conditioning didn’t work properly during winter, but they provided a catalytic heater as a backup, which helped a little. One thing that stood out negatively was the bedside lamp shade, which looked visibly dirty and hadn’t been cleaned in a while. It was a small but noticeable issue. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you’re looking for an affordable, central stay without luxury extras. Good value for the price, especially for travelers who prioritize location over comfort features.
