The neighborhood is lush with trees, very calm, and far from tourist crowds—ideal if you want to escape the hustle. The room was spacious, quiet, and well-designed, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring. Breakfast was excellent—plenty of variety, fresh ingredients, and delicious options. The staff went above and beyond with their warm hospitality, always ready to help with recommendations or logistics. It felt like staying at a home away from home. I truly can’t recommend this place enough—perfect for travelers who value comfort, cleanliness, and genuine service.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! Located just a short distance from BMW Museum and Olympiapark, it's super convenient for exploring the area. A quick tram ride takes you to Marienplatz in about 20 minutes, and it’s only half an hour by taxi to the airport—perfectly situated without being in the city center. The price is incredibly fair for the quality and location. My room was spacious, quiet, and spotlessly clean—just what I needed after a long day. I especially appreciated the free water and candies available at the lobby; no need to pay extra for bottled water anymore. The staff were genuinely friendly and always ready to help. From check-in to check-out, every interaction was warm and professional. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Munich. Highly recommend!

The room comfortably accommodates up to six guests, and while there are no partitions, the open layout gives plenty of space and a relaxed vibe. What really stood out was the on-site parking—direct access right below the hotel made arriving by car stress-free. No need to circle around looking for spots or pay extra fees elsewhere.
