Staying at this hotel was an absolutely fantastic experience. The room had excellent soundproofing—no noise from the hallway or outside, making it incredibly peaceful for a good night's sleep. The space was spotless, well-maintained, and the bed was super comfortable. The front desk staff were professional, friendly, and went out of their way to assist with anything we needed. Breakfast was a highlight—great variety, fresh ingredients, and delicious local touches that made it memorable. Getting to Cologne Cathedral is straightforward if you follow the main route, but be careful with map directions—some apps might send you on a slightly confusing detour. Stick to the general direction, and you’ll find your way easily. Overall, the location, service, and comfort make this a top choice. I’d definitely stay here again.

NH Koeln Altstadt

Staying at NH Koeln Altstadt was an absolute delight. Right outside the hotel is the Chocolate Museum—though we didn’t go in, just walking past it felt like stepping into a sweet little adventure. The location is unbeatable: a short walk to both the train station and Cologne Cathedral, making exploring the city effortless. After dinner, we enjoyed strolling along the Rhine River promenade, soaking in the evening ambiance before heading back to the cozy hotel. Everything about this stay—from the convenient access to attractions to the peaceful riverside vibe—felt seamless and relaxing. Highly recommend for travelers who value location, charm, and a touch of local flair.

Every aspect of my stay was exceptional. I was lucky enough to book a corner room with a private balcony, offering great views of the city and a peaceful retreat after a busy day. The hotel's location is fantastic—close to major attractions and easily accessible by public transport. The only minor drawback is the limited parking options nearby, and the hotel’s parking fees are quite high. That said, the overall experience far outweighs this small inconvenience. The staff were attentive, the rooms were clean and well-appointed, and the breakfast spread was delicious. Highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers.

Staying at the Courtyard by Marriott Cologne was an absolutely delightful experience. The room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed that made for a restful night's sleep. While parking space is limited, the hotel does offer on-site parking, which was convenient enough for my stay. Location-wise, it’s perfectly positioned: just a short walk to public transit, and right next to REWE and dm for essentials. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, so dinner options were never an issue. Breakfast was especially impressive—wide variety, fresh ingredients, and something for every taste. Overall, this hotel offers great value, excellent service, and a prime location. I’d definitely recommend it and would stay here again without hesitation.
