Staying at Hotel Fontan Reforma was an absolute delight. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the historic center and nestled in a safe, vibrant neighborhood. The staff went above and beyond with their warm hospitality, and the cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated, making the entire experience seamless and comfortable. It's a true gem in Mexico City, offering both convenience and tranquility. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The staff were incredibly welcoming—front desk, kitchen, and bar team all went above and beyond to make us feel at home. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. The location is super convenient for exploring downtown Mexico City, and the overall vibe of the hotel feels like a cozy urban retreat. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

This hotel truly stands out as one of the best in Mexico City. I booked it twice during my trip and stayed for four nights—couldn’t get enough! The staff provided exceptional service, the rooms were spotless, and the showerheads delivered powerful, consistently warm water. The large TV, strong WiFi, and stunning city views made every moment comfortable and enjoyable. Pricing was fair, and dining at the rooftop restaurant was an unforgettable highlight—perfect ambiance and delicious food. I didn’t get to use the gym or sauna this time, but I’ll definitely make it a point to try them next visit. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, style, and great value in CDMX.

I’ve stayed here before and it never disappoints! The location is perfect—just a short walk from great restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. I love how quiet and clean the rooms are, with plenty of space and a comfy bed that made for a restful night’s sleep. The staff are friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything, from luggage to recommendations. Check-in and check-out were smooth and quick. Plus, the 24-hour convenience store nearby is a game-changer when you’re out late. This hotel offers excellent value for money and truly makes your stay in Mexico City enjoyable. Definitely coming back!

Staying at this brand-new serviced apartment was an absolute delight! The room was spotless, spacious, and had a private balcony—perfect for morning coffee with a view. I upgraded for $30, and it was totally worth it: more space, better finishes, and that little extra touch of luxury. The staff went above and beyond—friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful from check-in to check-out. The rooftop view is unbeatable: panoramic vistas of Mexico City stretching out below, especially stunning at night. It’s not just a place to sleep—it feels like home with a wow factor. If you’re looking for comfort, style, and great value, this is the one. Definitely coming back.

I absolutely loved staying at Hotel Metropol! It's perfectly located in the heart of Mexico City, making it super convenient for exploring all the main attractions—just a short walk or quick metro ride away. What stood out most was the great value: affordable rates without compromising on comfort or cleanliness. The room was quiet and peaceful, which made for a restful night’s sleep. Most importantly, there were no pesky bedbugs—something some travelers have reported elsewhere, but thankfully not an issue here. Overall, this hotel truly delivers on the three Bs: good, beautiful, and budget-friendly. If you're looking for a reliable, well-located, and stress-free stay in Mexico City, I can’t recommend it enough.

Located in a prime area near Reforma Avenue, Laila Hotel Mexico City offers great accessibility—just a short walk from public transit and downtown hotspots. While the price is on the higher side, the convenience and location justify it. The rooms are spotless and well-maintained, with excellent cleanliness throughout. Breakfast is served in a classic American style, which might not suit every palate—especially if you're used to Asian or Mexican flavors. Still, the ingredients are fresh, and there's a good variety of options. Overall, this is a comfortable and reliable choice for travelers who value location, hygiene, and ease of access while exploring Mexico City.

Staying at Suites Del Ángel was an absolute delight—perfectly located right in the heart of Mexico City, making it super easy to explore everything on foot or via public transit. The staff went above and beyond with their warm, friendly service—always smiling, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped, offering a cozy retreat after a busy day of sightseeing. What stood out most was how convenient and central the location felt, yet the hotel managed to keep a peaceful, private vibe. For such a great price and exceptional service, this place truly delivers on every level. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mexico City.

We stayed at City Centro by Marriott in Mexico City for a holiday and were really impressed with the location—perfectly situated for exploring the city, with great access to public transit and nearby attractions. The staff were incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to assist us throughout our visit. Our room was clean, modern, and comfortable—exactly what we needed after a long day of sightseeing. The only issue we encountered was with breakfast. We had booked a room with breakfast included, but the offerings were inconsistent over the three days. On day one, we received just a small piece of toast and a few pieces of fruit—barely enough for an adult. Day two, we were offered a full selection from the main menu, including various egg dishes, which felt much more appropriate. Then on day three, we were back to the minimal breakfast again, which was confusing since we’d expected consistency. Despite this mix-up, the overall experience was outstanding. The hotel’s service, comfort, and location made up for any minor hiccups. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers.

My stay was absolutely fantastic! Every aspect of the service was top-notch, and the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly—especially Mr. José from the bell services team, who went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. The hotel’s vibe is warm and inviting, with a positive energy that makes you feel instantly at home. It’s beautifully designed, well-maintained, and perfectly located for exploring Mexico City. I truly felt refreshed and relaxed throughout my visit. This place exceeds expectations in every way—definitely a must-visit for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere.

I've stayed at Hotel Carlota several times now, and I genuinely appreciate its bold, distinctive style. The rooms feature raw finishes—exposed tiles and concrete walls—that definitely aren’t for everyone, but that’s exactly what makes it stand out. The bathrooms are a bit unconventional, but they work perfectly fine. Staff are consistently friendly and helpful, though the room sound insulation isn’t great—so if you're a light sleeper, you might want to think twice. The pool is stunning visually, but the water is quite cold, making it less enjoyable for swimming. Restaurant food is decent but nothing exceptional—understandable given the location and premium pricing, though not entirely justifiable. Overall, this is a unique, stylish hotel that really shines for younger travelers or solo visitors who value design and atmosphere over quiet relaxation. It’s a fantastic choice if you’re looking for something different and don’t mind a few quirks. But I’d hesitate recommending it for families or older guests seeking comfort and peace.

Staying at Hotel Monaco in Mexico City was a delightful surprise. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk from the metro and surrounded by great restaurants, cafes, and local shops. The room was clean, well-maintained, and surprisingly spacious for the price. The bed was comfortable, making it easy to get a good night's sleep after a day of exploring. What stood out most was the incredible value for money—luxury amenities without the luxury price tag. If you're looking for a reliable, well-located hotel that doesn’t break the bank, this one’s definitely worth considering. I’ll be coming back here on my next trip to Mexico City.
