Dante, Berenice, Samira, Yaretzi, Karla, and everyone else on the team were incredibly attentive and professional, offering flawless service with a warm smile. From check-in to daily interactions, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well taken care of. The attention to detail, genuine hospitality, and seamless experience made our stay unforgettable. This place isn’t just a hotel—it’s an experience, and I can’t recommend it highly enough.

But honestly, that didn’t detract much from the overall experience. The only minor drawback is that the hotel doesn’t have its own parking, but you can pay 150 pesos to use a nearby public lot—simple and straightforward. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again if I return to Mexico City. Highly recommend for travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and great service.
