I always choose this local five-star hotel whenever I visit Mexico City—it’s consistently excellent value for money and really welcoming to Chinese travelers. The location is fantastic; you can walk to the presidential palace area in just a few minutes, and within a 10-minute stroll, there are great options for Chinese food and bubble tea. The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and staff are attentive and helpful. It’s clear they care about guest comfort. I’d love to see more Chinese language support during future stays, and maybe even an electric kettle in the room—small upgrades that would make the experience even better.

While the area outside might not be the most scenic, the overall experience was outstanding. This would save staff from having to manually open and close the gate repeatedly, improving both efficiency and convenience. Everything else was perfect—this hotel truly delivers on comfort, hospitality, and value. I’d definitely recommend it and plan to return soon.
