We stayed at City Centro by Marriott in Mexico City for a holiday and were really impressed with the location—perfectly situated for exploring the city, with great access to public transit and nearby attractions. The staff were incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to assist us throughout our visit. Our room was clean, modern, and comfortable—exactly what we needed after a long day of sightseeing. The only issue we encountered was with breakfast. We had booked a room with breakfast included, but the offerings were inconsistent over the three days. On day one, we received just a small piece of toast and a few pieces of fruit—barely enough for an adult. Day two, we were offered a full selection from the main menu, including various egg dishes, which felt much more appropriate. Then on day three, we were back to the minimal breakfast again, which was confusing since we’d expected consistency. Despite this mix-up, the overall experience was outstanding. The hotel’s service, comfort, and location made up for any minor hiccups. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers.

The neighborhood surrounding the hotel isn't the most appealing, but its proximity to the airport makes it a major plus—just a 30-minute ride from the terminal. The breakfast was surprisingly excellent, with a wide variety of options and great quality that kept us energized throughout the day. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and hassle-free, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful. While the area outside might not be the most scenic, the overall experience was outstanding. For convenience, comfort, and value, I’d definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again on my next visit to Mexico City.

I absolutely loved every aspect of my stay here—the service was exceptional, the staff were warm and welcoming, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Location-wise, it's super convenient with easy access to public transit and nearby attractions. The only small suggestion would be to implement an automated gate system at the parking entrance, or provide guests with a key fob that automatically opens the gate when approaching. This would save staff from having to manually open and close the gate repeatedly, improving both efficiency and convenience. Everything else was perfect—this hotel truly delivers on comfort, hospitality, and value. I’d definitely recommend it and plan to return soon.
