The room itself was spacious and well-equipped with a washing machine, fridge, and a private balcony—perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff, especially Tingting at reception, were warm, helpful, and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. Overall, this place delivers amazing value and comfort. This was my second stay at True Go Hotel, and I’m even more impressed this time around. Getting here by ride-hailing from Huanggang Port takes just about 20 minutes—super convenient with no transfers needed. If you’re coming via train, take Line 1 from Luohu to Zhuzilin Station, then it’s a pleasant 14-minute walk through greenery-lined streets, which makes the journey relaxing rather than stressful. For shopping, KK One is only 9 minutes away by car, while Yitian Holiday Plaza is just 7 minutes—right across from Window of the World, so you can easily combine a shopping trip with sightseeing. Major attractions are also close: Window of the World in 7 minutes, Happy Valley in 10 minutes, and Shenzhen Safari Park just 30 minutes away—perfect for family trips. The staff were outstanding—the front desk team handled check-in swiftly, under 10 minutes, and even with multiple requests during our family visit, housekeeping responded instantly every time. Cleanliness was top-notch; the room was spotless, as expected from a repeat guest. What really stood out? The hotel sits right next to Garden Expo Park, surrounded by lush trees and quiet pathways. It’s incredibly peaceful—no city noise, just birds chirping at night. Perfect for unwinding after a busy day.
