The location is unbeatable—just steps away from the Northern Line (black line) station, and you can reach central London on foot in just 15 minutes if you prefer to walk. Kimberly, the hostess, went above and beyond—warm, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. She made us feel right at home. Staying at Aeria Apartments Hope House was an absolute highlight of my London trip. There's a small grocery store right downstairs, so grabbing snacks or essentials was effortless. Unfortunately, I only got to stay one night, but it was such a great experience that I wish I could’ve extended my stay. If you're visiting London and want comfort, convenience, and a real local vibe, this place is a must-book.

The 2-bedroom apartment near the US Embassy in London was a mixed experience. While the location is convenient and close to key attractions, the unit itself felt a bit worn out. Unfortunately, the front desk staff didn’t offer much guidance on how to use the electrical appliances or set up the Wi-Fi, which made things a little frustrating upon arrival. We also had to request fresh towels because the ones provided were visibly dirty. Overall, it’s not a bad option if you're looking for a budget-friendly stay with easy access to central London, but don’t expect high-end comfort or spotless conditions. For travelers prioritizing cleanliness and modern amenities, this may fall short.
