I booked a two-night stay at this property in Goregaon, Mumbai, and ended up leaving after just one night due to extremely poor hygiene and conditions. The elevator had a strong, foul odor, like something was rotting inside, making it nearly impossible to use. I immediately requested cancellation and refund, but the platform refused to process it, insisting on charging for both nights despite the unacceptable conditions.
