We stayed at Cozy Inn with my family for four nights, and it was truly one of the most memorable experiences I’ve had staying at a hotel. The breakfast was exceptional—homemade, warm, and full of genuine care, prepared by their own cook. Lunch and dinner can also be arranged upon request, offering delicious, authentic meals made fresh daily. The staff went above and beyond—they treated us like family from day one. They constantly checked in to see if we needed anything, and always followed through immediately. On the night before our departure, my car broke down unexpectedly. Without hesitation, the team—Mr. Mayur and Mr. Manoj—stepped in. They even arranged a local mechanic to come by at 10 p.m. to assess the issue. The next day, they helped me get the car to the Tata Motors Service Center, accompanying me every step of the way and ensuring everything ran smoothly. After the repairs were done, they kindly drove my family members from the inn to the service center so I could leave directly from there for Delhi. This level of care and personal attention is rare. Mr. Mayur, the manager and caretaker, is incredibly kind and attentive—he genuinely takes pride in making guests feel welcome and comfortable. The location is excellent too: just steps away from major temples like Kashi Vishwanath Temple, and easily accessible by foot or public transit. If you're visiting Varanasi, this is not just a place to stay—it’s a home away from home. Highly recommended.
