Staying at Best Western Premier the Hive in Jakarta was an absolute delight from start to finish. A truly pleasant experience with excellent value for money. Definitely planning to return.

There are plenty of local eateries and shops nearby, so everything you need is within walking distance. The booking process through the platform was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Jakarta, and I’ll definitely be returning.

Best Studio Room with Wall Bed Tifolia Apartment
The stay was extremely disappointing. The room had visible cockroaches, and the air conditioning was excessively hot and didn’t function properly—couldn’t maintain a comfortable temperature at all. Customer service was terrible: I waited over an hour and a half just to be met upon arrival, and no one ever responded to my WhatsApp messages during that time. Communication was completely lacking, which made the whole experience frustrating and stressful. This place falls far short of expectations. I won’t be returning, and I can’t recommend it to anyone.
