The ground-floor common area is spacious and welcoming—perfect for cooking our own meals with groceries we picked up nearby. It truly felt like staying at home, relaxed and authentic. The rooftop laundry area was a bonus, and even our minor requests were thoughtfully accommodated. What really stood out was the complimentary upgrade to a room featuring a large sofa bathtub and a built-in projector—so cozy and special! This little gem of a guesthouse has character, charm, and heart. My photos aren’t great, but the room speaks for itself—beautifully designed and incredibly comfortable. I’m already planning my next visit. Thank you for such a warm and memorable stay!

This was my solo trip to Xiamen for a training session, and staying at Urba Hotel (Xiamen Airport Huli Avenue) turned out to be one of the best decisions. I arrived late at night, and the staff immediately checked in to see if I had any special needs. Since I wanted a quiet room, they promptly assigned me a unit far from the elevator—perfect for a good night's rest. The next morning, I tried to sleep in but was disturbed by ongoing construction noise. Instead of just ignoring it, the front desk proactively offered to stop the work if it bothered me—I just needed to message them. They even followed up later via WeChat to confirm whether the noise had affected my rest. That level of care and attention is rare these days. The service went above and beyond, making the entire stay incredibly comfortable and stress-free. Highly recommend this hotel for both business travelers and solo visitors alike.

This place is absolutely perfect for a family getaway! We stayed in the family-friendly room, and it was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed—every little detail made a difference. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always going the extra mile to make sure we had a great stay. Located right in the heart of the tourist area, everything we wanted to see was just a short walk away. Best of all? It's literally steps from the beach—waking up to the sound of waves was magical. The cleanliness, comfort, and overall vibe are top-notch. I’d definitely come back and recommend this gem to anyone visiting Xiamen. Truly a standout experience.

This stay at Cheermay Hotel in Xiamen Airport Wuyuanwan was absolutely fantastic. The front desk staff went above and beyond—so friendly and helpful, even upgraded my room without hesitation! I highly recommend the view room with its floor-to-ceiling windows and spacious private balcony. Perfect for a morning coffee, afternoon breeze, or just hanging out with laundry spread across the space. The bathroom is smartly designed with complete separation between the shower area and toilet—very clean and practical. Everything from bedding to amenities felt top-notch, and the breakfast buffet offered great variety and fresh quality. It’s rare to find such comfort and attention to detail in a hotel this close to the airport. I’ll definitely be back next time I visit Xiamen!

GreenTree Eastern Hotel (Xiamen Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street)

This was my second stay at this hotel, and as a local from southern Fujian, I’ve chosen it twice now when returning from Europe—just needing a quiet place to recover from jet lag. The experience was excellent: the room was spotless, spacious, and comfortably furnished. Its location is unbeatable—just a short walk to Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street and the bustling Baishi Market, with everything you’d want within easy reach. What stood out most was the incredible value for money—this is one of the few genuinely affordable yet high-quality hotels in Xiamen. The room quality rivals that of established luxury options like Lujing Hotel, but at a fraction of the price. My first visit? I originally booked another hotel nearby, but when I arrived and saw the worn-out exterior, I immediately canceled. Later, I passed by this property and noticed the clean, modern look, so I decided to check in. The staff were incredibly welcoming—they personally showed me through several room types, which helped ease my concerns. Their genuine hospitality made all the difference. It’s clear they care about guest comfort. Definitely coming back next time—and I’ll recommend them to anyone visiting Xiamen.
