Even before we asked, he had already prepared child-sized toiletries and slippers—such a thoughtful touch! It’s clear that attention to detail is taken seriously here. We were genuinely surprised and delighted by how well-cared-for we felt throughout our stay. This wasn’t just a hotel—it felt like a home away from home. I’m already planning my next visit. If you’re looking for a memorable, comfortable, and genuinely friendly experience in Beijing, this is the place to stay.

We booked a room with one double bed and three single beds, but were assigned a unit with two double beds and one single bed. Although no room change was offered, the staff went above and beyond by adding an extra single bed the following day—truly impressive! The entire stay was fantastic. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and the lake view from our window was absolutely stunning. It felt peaceful and relaxing, like a little retreat in the middle of Beijing. The service was attentive and genuine, making us feel truly welcomed. Every detail reflected care and quality. This place offers exceptional value and hospitality—definitely a top choice for anyone looking for a serene, well-maintained getaway.
