We were on the 22nd floor facing west, so we could hear trains occasionally passing below—but honestly, it didn’t disturb sleep at all. The surrounding area is packed with options: Takashimaya department store, pharmacies, cafes, restaurants—you can grab everything within steps. The room itself isn’t huge, but the view from the upper floor is unbeatable, especially at night when the city lights sparkle across the skyline. Daily cleaning was thorough, staff were friendly and attentive, and I appreciated the thoughtful amenities like quality toiletries and skincare sets. The bathroom was spacious with a relaxing bathtub—perfect for unwinding after a long day. Overall, the combination of location, comfort, and service made this stay truly memorable.

Stayed here from October 28th to 30th, 2025, and had a fantastic experience. The front desk staff spoke fluent Chinese, which made communication super easy—especially helpful for international travelers. They also offered luggage storage, and even promised to bring our bags up once check-in time arrived. That meant we could just walk in directly upon returning in the evening—such a thoughtful touch! We booked the ocean-themed room, which was perfect since we were heading to the aquarium the next day—the vibe matched our trip perfectly. The room itself was well-equipped: induction cooker, fridge, oven, microwave, capsule coffee machine, and even a bathtub. Super convenient for self-catering. Location-wise, it's walking distance to the popular Osu Shopping Street, with FamilyMart and 7-Eleven nearby—great for snacks and essentials. Overall, great value, excellent service, and a very comfortable stay. Definitely my go-to choice for future visits to Nagoya!

Check-in and check-out are fully self-service, and both went smoothly without any hiccups. The room size was adequate, with a spacious bed that made for a comfortable night’s sleep. The only minor note: the pillows were a bit on the low side for my preference. I stayed on the 10th floor, and the soundproofing was excellent—no noise from outside at all, which made for a truly peaceful rest. A small but thoughtful touch: there’s a mirror on the desk, which is great for those of us who care about grooming. The LG Styler in the room was a game-changer—it dried my clothes quickly and even sanitized them with deodorizing features. After five nights, I noticed cleaning followed a pattern: full housekeeping happened around days 3 or 4, while the other days had light tidying. There’s no bottled water provided in the room, but the bathroom tap offers drinkable water, and there’s also a free water refill station on the second floor. I also liked the self-service luggage storage with lockers and password access—very secure and hassle-free. If the lockers were full, the front desk offered alternative storage. Overall, this place delivers amazing value for money. I’d definitely stay here again when I’m back in Nagoya.

And don’t miss Yabashi Pork Cutlet—arrived around 11 AM, got a table just in time, and when we left, there was already a long line forming. That says it all about its popularity.
