The view from our 5th-floor room was stunning — just a short walk to the infinity pool with panoramic ocean views. Watching the sunset from the water was truly magical. The resort’s private beach is pristine and peaceful, and there are two pools: one family-friendly one on the ground floor, and the elevated infinity pool perfect for relaxing or snapping that perfect holiday photo. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and every staff member we met was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. Breakfast was a highlight — abundant choices, fresh, and delicious. We had dinner at the hotel both nights, and the food was excellent for the price, with a relaxed, inviting atmosphere. To top it off, live acoustic music in the lobby in the evenings added such a nice tropical vibe — sitting by the pool with a drink, listening to soft tunes, felt like pure escape. Two nights flew by too fast. If you're visiting Langkawi, this resort should be at the top of your list. We’ll definitely be back.

This was hands down the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The wires were hanging loose from behind and beside the bed—multiple cords, not just a few. It was a real safety hazard. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years, stained and worn thin. All the fixtures were completely worn out and falling apart. Breakfast? Just a bunch of unidentifiable gruel-like dishes—I couldn’t even recognize half the items. It was so bad we left the dining area immediately and went out to eat elsewhere. We ended up searching for another place, booking it right away, and checked out the same day. This property shouldn’t be operating at all. It needs full renovation—or better yet, closure. I genuinely feel sorry for the staff who have to work in such conditions. Please, don’t go here. It’s not worth it.
