After two nights, the hotel kindly arranged a room change for me, and I want to give a special shout-out to Amanda for her exceptional service and prompt assistance. The resort facilities are so extensive that you could easily spend two full days exploring everything without ever leaving the property. Plus, being part of the Evermore Resorts complex means endless water activities right at your doorstep—jetskis, paddleboarding, and more. It’s perfect for families or anyone who loves a resort-style getaway with zero hassle. Highly recommend this place for comfort, convenience, and a truly relaxing experience.

But this stay at Hilton Grand Vacations Club Tuscany Village Orlando was by far the most satisfying experience yet. The property is immaculate—clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed with a resort-like atmosphere. Everything you need is right there: top-notch facilities, excellent cleanliness, and an unbeatable location just minutes from major attractions. We booked a spacious suite (79 sqm) that felt like a home away from home—especially with a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed for cooking meals. It saved us money and added so much convenience. The service was friendly and attentive, and the overall value? Absolutely outstanding. If you're looking for comfort, quality, and great value in Orlando, this is the place to be.
Hilton Vacation Club Cypress Pointe Orlando
Stayed here for seven nights and overall had a very positive experience. The room was clean, and the bed offered just the right balance of softness and support—perfect for a good night’s sleep. There are plenty of fast food options nearby, plus a convenience store where you can pick up drinks to stash in the fridge for later. The hotel provides shuttle services to both Disney and Universal, but the schedules are a bit odd—Disney shuttles leave around 10:30 AM, while the Universal one departs at 7:05 AM. Since I wanted to get into the park early, I opted for a Lyft instead. It's worth noting that housekeeping isn’t done daily; if you need cleaning, you have to request it in advance at the front desk. On the bright side, there are three locations within the property with free washers and dryers—just bring your own detergent, which makes laundry super convenient. One minor downside is the soundproofing: noise from neighboring rooms is quite noticeable, especially conversations or footsteps. If possible, avoid ground-floor rooms, as they’re near the trash bins and can be noisy at night when guests toss out waste. Overall, a solid choice for Orlando stays, especially if you value convenience and space.

The sofa bed is spacious enough for two people, and the comfort level is excellent. What really stands out is the property’s beautiful setting: a large lake with a man-made beach area, plus a well-located swimming pool that’s easy to access. It’s ideal for families or anyone looking to relax by the water. The only minor drawback is that the air conditioning unit makes a bit of noise, but honestly, I’ve experienced similar issues at many other hotels, so it’s not a dealbreaker. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and I’d definitely return.

Also, the provided shampoo and body wash left my skin feeling dry, so I ended up using my own products. Parking costs $25 per day, which is a bit steep. Still, considering the quality of service, cleanliness, and location near major attractions, it’s definitely worth the price. I’d book here again without hesitation.
