Every time I tried to call, the line went straight to reception, and they’d have to transfer me—no direct access. Even for a simple request like a pot of coffee, the wait was often around 30 minutes. It’s frustrating when you’re just looking for a quick refreshment. Despite that, my overall experience was positive. The location is excellent—close to major IT hubs and easily accessible by public transport. The hotel offers great value, and I’d definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Chennai.
