I've been visiting Chennai for over a decade and have stayed in countless hotels, but Kolam Serviced Apartments truly stands out as something special. It feels like a quiet oasis—warm, welcoming, and easily the most comfortable stay I've had in the city. The staff went above and beyond, making me feel completely at home. They even surprised me with a birthday celebration and a memorable New Year's Eve gathering—my first time away from home felt magical. It’s no surprise this place is already fully booked through December 2026. Thank you to the entire Kolam team for creating an experience I’ll never forget.

It’s frustrating when you’re just looking for a quick refreshment. Despite that, my overall experience was positive. The location is excellent—close to major IT hubs and easily accessible by public transport. The hotel offers great value, and I’d definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Chennai.
