This was my first stay at Citadines Namba Osaka, and I was genuinely impressed. Location-wise, it's unbeatable: just an 8-minute walk from Namba Station, and Black Gate Market is literally around the corner. Everything you need—from local street food to shopping—is within easy reach. The staff were warm and welcoming, with excellent English skills, making the whole experience feel personal and comfortable. One small note: the kids' playroom is quite compact—about 20 sqm—so it can only comfortably fit three or four young children at a time. It would be great if it could be expanded. Also, breakfast options are fairly basic, nothing special. Still, considering the convenience, cleanliness, and overall value, this hotel stands out. If I’m back in Osaka, this will definitely be my top choice again.
