From check-in onward, the staff went above and beyond. When we requested two rooms, they kindly arranged adjacent ones for easier supervision. Throughout breakfast and dinner buffet service, the team showed exceptional care. During dinner, a young, friendly server noticed our situation and proactively brought a cushion so my parent could elevate their injured arm—something that actually helped with swelling. He even explained the medical reasoning behind it! That level of thoughtfulness and knowledge stood out. Every interaction felt personal, warm, and professional. The room ran surprisingly hot—even at 16°C, it felt stuffy, and by afternoon it seemed close to 30°C, so maybe a slight AC adjustment would help. Also, the pool is on the smaller side.
