The room ran surprisingly hot—even at 16°C, it felt stuffy, and by afternoon it seemed close to 30°C, so maybe a slight AC adjustment would help. Also, the pool is on the smaller side. Staff were attentive—the moment my mom sat down, someone asked if she wanted soy milk, and three cups arrived right away.
