All special requests I made during booking were clearly addressed upon check-in, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. During the New Year holiday period, despite the busy schedule, staff across all departments—from front desk to housekeeping and dining—maintained excellent service attitude and professionalism, truly reflecting Pullman’s high standards under Accor’s management. A special shoutout to Betty at reception—your warm smile genuinely brightened my stay! I’m already planning a return visit after the peak season to enjoy the hotel’s full charm without the crowds. One small suggestion: the restaurant currently has only two coffee machines, which seems like the lowest number among Pullman properties I’ve stayed in across Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai. With some room for expansion, adding one more machine could significantly enhance the morning coffee experience.

Breakfast was outstanding—every day offered something different, with quality and variety that surpassed many other five-star hotels I’ve stayed at. The local Suzhou-style noodles were especially memorable—better than anything I’ve had at restaurants outside the hotel. Even better, the hotel is directly connected to the Panmen Scenic Area, allowing free entry. We arrived just in time for the Mid-Autumn Festival lantern display and live performances—beautiful lighting, cultural shows, and festive atmosphere all right on site. No need to go elsewhere to enjoy the highlights of the season. This place truly delivers an exceptional experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!

This was my fourth visit to Metropolo Jinjiang Hotel in Suzhou, and I can confidently say it’s become my go-to choice for every trip here. The value for money is outstanding, and the location couldn’t be better—right next to Tuanjieqiao Metro Station on Line 4, making travel from the train station a breeze. This time, I drove myself and appreciated the complimentary parking, which made the whole experience even more convenient. The hotel’s new dining area offers a much richer breakfast selection than before, and you get great quality without breaking the bank. My wife used to only stay at five-star hotels, but after retirement, we started budgeting carefully—and during one of our stays here, we were pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and well-appointed the standard room felt. It easily matched the comfort of many four-star properties we’ve stayed at. Since then, this has been our consistent choice whenever visiting Suzhou. Nearby, there’s a self-service restaurant with clean, fresh food and rotating daily menus—plus, meals are half-price after 7 PM, which is a fantastic deal. I also want to highlight the free laundry room, which comes with detergent and disinfectant spray. It’s such a thoughtful touch, especially when traveling with luggage. Everything about this hotel feels just right—practical, reliable, and genuinely welcoming.

The facilities are modern and comprehensive—USB charging ports in the room, smart devices, a well-equipped laundry area, and a fully functional fitness center. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is here. Cleanliness is outstanding: no dust in the corners, crisp and fresh bedding with zero odors, and a perfectly separated bathroom that makes everything feel safe and hygienic. The service stands out too—the front desk staff checked us in quickly and efficiently, and Guo Jing was especially warm and attentive. On a chilly day, she even offered a hand warmer and hot water—such thoughtful touches really stood out. This place delivers incredible value, and I’ll definitely be back next time I visit Suzhou.
