A special shoutout to Betty at reception—your warm smile genuinely brightened my stay! I’m already planning a return visit after the peak season to enjoy the hotel’s full charm without the crowds. One small suggestion: the restaurant currently has only two coffee machines, which seems like the lowest number among Pullman properties I’ve stayed in across Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai. With some room for expansion, adding one more machine could significantly enhance the morning coffee experience.

Amazing variety and quality. I looked forward to every morning meal, especially the local favorites that tasted just right. This is hands-down one of the best stays I’ve had in China. In fact, the Intime Mall is only a 10-minute stroll away, so dining and shopping are hassle-free. The facilities are modern and comprehensive—USB charging ports in the room, smart devices, a well-equipped laundry area, and a fully functional fitness center. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is here. Cleanliness is outstanding: no dust in the corners, crisp and fresh bedding with zero odors, and a perfectly separated bathroom that makes everything feel safe and hygienic. The service stands out too—the front desk staff checked us in quickly and efficiently, and Guo Jing was especially warm and attentive. On a chilly day, she even offered a hand warmer and hot water—such thoughtful touches really stood out. This place delivers incredible value, and I’ll definitely be back next time I visit Suzhou.
