Plenty of power outlets too—USB ports upstairs, one standard socket downstairs. Great for charging multiple devices. What stood out most was that the hotel proactively provided toothbrushes and toiletries—no need to ask at the front desk like in many other Italian hotels. Also appreciated: free bottled water in the room, plus refill stations on every floor. Super convenient and eco-friendly. Location-wise, it’s just a 5-minute walk to Termini Station, making travel around Rome super easy. There are plenty of local supermarkets, authentic restaurants, and cafes nearby—all reasonably priced. Perfect for exploring the city without breaking the bank. At check-out, the staff kindly asked if I’d like to add a service fee to my city tax, but I politely declined (as this practice isn’t common in East Asia or China). They took it gracefully and remained courteous throughout. Overall, this hotel exceeded expectations—great value, excellent service, and a fantastic base for discovering Rome.

Breakfast was included in the room rate and absolutely worth trying; it’s a half-self-service spread that tastes like something you’d expect from a Michelin-starred restaurant. We enjoyed it every morning, and the rooftop dining area offers stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The room itself isn’t large—typical for a central Rome hotel—but it was spotless, well-maintained, and cleaned twice daily. Even small details like neatly coiled charging cables showed attention to detail. Best of all? Its location is unbeatable. Highly recommended! We were thoroughly satisfied with our stay. The guesthouse is peaceful and quiet, with beautifully designed rooms and exceptionally friendly staff. Although the entrance is located in a slightly dim alleyway, it's so close to the main street with plenty of foot traffic that we never felt unsafe. Plus, everything is within walking distance—sights, restaurants, shops—you name it. This place offers excellent value and experience. We arrived by taxi, pulled up to the front door, pressed the 'just for us' button, and were instantly greeted by a warm, welcoming host who buzzed us in and met us downstairs. Even though we arrived early, he took our bags and let us relax in their cozy little lobby while the room was being prepped—no rush, no stress. The staff are genuinely friendly, attentive, and excellent communicators. Our room was spotless, modern, and beautifully designed with thoughtful touches everywhere. Honestly, those bath towels were the softest I’ve ever felt outside my own home. The host also gave us great local tips on restaurants and things to do. We even canceled our original booking elsewhere just to stay one extra night before leaving. If you’re visiting Rome, this is not just a hotel—it’s an experience. I can’t recommend it highly enough.
