We stayed here with my mom for five wonderful days, and it was an absolutely perfect experience. The hotel’s location is ideal—just a short walk from the Estadio metro station, making it super convenient to explore the city. The front desk staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, always going the extra mile to help. What truly made our trip unforgettable was the surprise birthday celebration—the room was beautifully decorated with roses, and it brought tears to my eyes. 🌹🌹🌹 I can’t thank them enough for such a thoughtful gesture. They also helped us arrange taxis and even lent us a metro card, which made getting around so easy. The area is vibrant and full of charming restaurants and boutique shops—perfect for evening strolls and local flavors. The cleanliness of the rooms and the quality of housekeeping were exceptional; everything felt fresh and well-maintained. This hotel exceeded all expectations. I’m already planning my return visit!

I stayed at Hotel Lincoln in Medellín and overall, it was a great experience. The location is very convenient, with plenty of dining options nearby and easy access to the metro for getting around the city. However, I did notice some noise issues—especially during the night—so the room’s soundproofing could be better. If you’re sensitive to noise, consider requesting a quieter room on a lower floor or away from the elevator. Despite that, the hotel offers excellent value for money, the staff were friendly and helpful, and I’d definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Medellín.

I stayed for 29 days and was disappointed by the cleanliness level—my room was never cleaned during my entire stay, not even a change of sheets. It made the overall experience quite uncomfortable, especially since I was there for such a long time. While the location is convenient with easy access to local restaurants and public transit, poor hygiene standards really hurt the value proposition. The hostel could be much better if basic cleaning routines were actually followed. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves housekeeping practices.
