The only minor drawback is some road noise if you're on the lower floors, but it’s not overwhelming—especially with a pair of earplugs. Overall, this place stands out as one of the best accommodations I’ve stayed in Medellín. Great value, great vibe, and a perfect base for exploring the city.

The entire experience was absolutely terrible. The room I was assigned was the worst I've ever seen—dark, dirty, and infested with cockroaches. The curtains were torn, the floor was cracked, and there was no hot water at all—just cold, uninviting water. The wardrobe was completely falling apart, and the bathroom layout was extremely awkward; the door was placed where it shouldn’t be, making entry and exit uncomfortable. I sent an email and a WhatsApp message, but never received any reply. The front desk staff was rude and unprofessional—definitely not someone you’d want to deal with. Overall, the hotel is poorly maintained, outdated, and completely unsatisfactory. I strongly recommend avoiding this place and choosing another option instead. Don’t waste your time or money here.
