The curtains were torn, the floor was cracked, and there was no hot water at all—just cold, uninviting water. The wardrobe was completely falling apart, and the bathroom layout was extremely awkward; the door was placed where it shouldn’t be, making entry and exit uncomfortable. I sent an email and a WhatsApp message, but never received any reply. The front desk staff was rude and unprofessional—definitely not someone you’d want to deal with. Overall, the hotel is poorly maintained, outdated, and completely unsatisfactory. I strongly recommend avoiding this place and choosing another option instead. Don’t waste your time or money here.
